She is responsible for bringing together the practice’s collective teams and capabilities to find new points of collaboration, drive growth, and deliver outsized value to clients. She works across Consulting’s offerings and industries as well as its transformation, innovation, commercial, and alliance teams with a focus on integration, simplification, and clock speed. She serves as a strategic advisor to many of the practice’s largest clients.
She has deep experience leading teams to deliver large-scale business transformation and operational change initiatives. She helps clients achieve meaningful and sustainable impact through top-line growth, improved margins, and overall operational efficiencies. Formerly, she served as the first chief commercial officer for Deloitte Consulting LLP where she led the creation of a profitable go-to-market strategy and oversaw the practice’s Sales, Marketing, and Ecosystems & Alliances functions. She also previously led the Retail and Consumer Products sector within Deloitte Consulting LLP and drove business transformation based on more than 20 years of deep retail industry knowledge, innovation, and practical implementation.
